My snakes are handmade out of polymer clay. I sketch out each shape on my own and sculpt as well as color each single snake by myself. That’s why they all look a little different which makes them unique. They’re glued on either my art prints or a strong black cardboard.

When are your snakes available again?
That’s the question I get asked most often and unfortunately I don’t have an answer to it either. Sometimes I make snakes and just put them online, sometimes I announce a date before the sale begins. In the future there might be a newsletter.
When are your snake earrings available again?
I’m working hard on bringing them back into the shop as soon as possible but there are still a lot of things to consider first. I will announce on time when you can preorder them.
How do I order your products?
My prints are always available in the shop and are printed on demand. Depending on the amount of orders, you may have to be patient.
My snakes can only be ordered in my online shop depending on availability. If the status says „sold out“ they are sold out – please don’t send me an email how you can order them.
Why are your snakes always sold out / why don’t you make more snakes or offer preorders / commissions?
Since everything is completely handmade, it always takes me a while to finish my snakes. I’m a one woman business – beside my main job as a media designer and my work as a tattoo artist this online shop is something I work on in my spare time. From creating the paintings, sculpting my snakes, taking pictures, website work, shipping… There is not enough time to prepare a piece for everyone. I am grateful for the great request and that my products are always sold out within the first hour – so if you want to get your hands on one of them, you should do so as soon as they go online.
I want to order one of the artist collaboration pieces but they are all sold out. Are they coming back again?
No. All artist collaborations are limited and once they’re sold out they won’t be available again.
How long does the shipping take?
I need between 3 – 6 weeks to process my orders. After that the shipping time depends on your country. You can check that by yourself on the webseite of DHL.
Standard shipping is:
Germany: 1-2 working days
Europe: 5 – 15 working days
International: 20 – 60 working days
International customers need a lot of patience as the shipping takes quite a long time. Please always remember that if you are ordering a product from another continent, shipping will simply take longer.
